Learning to Live with Grief: Healing the Pain of Loss

Saturday 2pm

If you have lost a loved one, join us for a tea or coffee, where there will be space to share your memories of the person/ people you have lost, and offer one another ideas about how to cope with life in a world that is emptier for our losses. There will be no expectation for you to share, if you attend.

We may perhaps want to discuss the following with each other:

Reactions of others to our grief/why people may react certain ways
common feelings/mood states like isolation/disconnection/guilt/ anger
Holding on positively to memories
Ways to process our past
What we have learnt from our experiences, what keeps us going, e.g. practise mindfulness, nurturing ourselves and each other, deep connection with ourselves and one another etc…
